Number plates are another bane. (Should that be pain) Police don't bother much about illegal plates or no plates now on trailers, since the gov made it difficult to comply with the law. If you want plates you can still get them without logbooks driving licence and domestic bill. Called "Show Plates" they are not for use on the road, but identical to road plates. Gov is on a different planet to us...........
