Trailer-Sailer Anchor Choice

I've just bought a Hunter 490 - 16 foot and aprox 1300 lbs total weight - I'm thinking of cruising N. Norfolk, East Coast, Solent etc and need advice on Anchor/Chain/Warp combinations.

I have no anchor locker on the fordeck - just a hawse pipe (above the 2 berths!) - so it will probably be stowed in a bucket or lashed on deck.

Are their any other trailer sailers out there with suggestions - esp. on anchor type/weight, and warp/chain length and thickness?
