Trailer hire or delivery

I have an elizabethan 29 at itchenor, south coast and I need to transport her to Pembroke south wales. Anyone know of a cheap company or a trailer I can tow her with. We can get hold of a very big landrover.

Hi Alun, I owned an Elizabethan for many years and towed it home every Winter and twice to Holyhead. I used a Ford 7.5 ton flat back lorry which had plenty of power and more importantly weight. You will not be able to use a Landrover with a full cab because the overhang of the bows will catch, that's why the flatback lorry. Also there is a lot of weight, boat and trailer will weigh in the region of 4 to 5 ton and that is far too much for any of the FWD's to handle. If you want any more info send me a PM.
