Just received trafalgar pennant - purchased from t200 website. Realised it's got a union flag as part of it. I assume that because it's being sold on the official website which has the Navy's logo on it that it's legit to hoist it but normally a Union Flag is a no-no. Anyone else got one or understand the rules even?

Hi
Spoke to the guy at Magellan Flags, Tam Fowler. He said he had just recently received MoD OK to fly this pennant, which was a relief to him as he had made a couple of thousand. His number is 01620 861 734. Very helpful guy.

We will be flying the complete hoist 'England Expects', which we bought from Magellan. This starts with a union flag and a special signal as a 'telegraph hoist'. However authentic we might just miss this one out. The 34 signal flags are quite enough of a handful anyway.

Best of luck

Chris
