track to mast,duralac or loctite?

I have just drilled and tapped 137 holes in my mast,deep joy, to fit a Harken anodised track system.Harken recommend blue loctite on the screws,but I feel it may not insulate effectively enough.however I am not certain that duralac will stop the screws from working loose.I can't imagine putting loctite on the tip of the thread and duralac on the part that contacts the track-way too faffy!
does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions?

I would just use Duraloc on the screw threads and just under the head. Make sure the screws aren't too long as they might damage internal halliards/wiring.
