I've just had a tow bar and double electrics fitted in Plymouth. The guy said he was happy for me to stay and chat, so I did.
He's obviously very experienced, and a stickler for cleanliness and care of details. Workshop very very clean; loads of stock for mechanical and electrical bits.
All holes drilled in sub-frames were sprayed with sealant/rust preservative; all wire ends were soldered and heatshrunk; all connection blocks sprayed with some specific magic Wurth formula. Proper tools used for connectors (not just Draper pinchers). All cables carefully taped or tied down.
Full warranty and a 'phone me with any problems'. Currently he's working on a two week advance notice to install, but he opened on Saturday as I was in urgent need of an installation.
He does car electrics in the winter time too, when towbars are a bit slack.
No connection, other than being a very satisfied and impressed customer.
