I have two, but not the original batch numbers on the recall. I must say I was still a bit concerned and would have thought twice about using them.

What do we use as an alternative to the White Flares supplied by Pains? I only really trusted the Pains product, does anyone have any recommendations?

Apparently Pains Wessex have instructed chandlers to replace in date flares or issue a credit note so that you can buy alternate products if you prefer.

I've got 4 - bought in the UK but now in Spain. I will email PW and ask their advice re return/exchange/credit note. I'm in a chandlers in Denia tomorrow morning so will also let them know and see what they say.
