Topside Painting

[Athene V30]

I want to paint the topsides of my GRP boat in the spring. I've read the publicity from International / Blakes etc and the article in YM earlier this year and it sounds simple enough.

The boat is not in a shed, so I will have to pick a good weekend to paint outside- is this practical?

I have just finished painting the sheerline on my Vic 26 outside - 2 u/cs and 2 Toplacs. Appallling process with the weather winning out all the time.

Always paint by 10.00am and only when no frost or rain threatens. Also use thinners for best results.

Best done in Spring/Summer OR under cover.
