A kind soul has given me a shiny pair of air horns. They want an air supply. I'm guessing here but a set of nasty red plastic thingies off fleabay, with compressor, is a tenner or less, will that compressor have enough grunt? Shiny horns are about a foot long and I expect came off a truck.

If they are truck horns, then a fleabay compressor probably won't work very well. The air pressure on a truck comes from the air brake system at around 150psi.
'Spose you could fit them as a nice ornament, while using a squeaky electric one for noise duties
