too much button fondling!

Can anyone help? I have 2 instruments that work but the control panels are worn out. please see pics. Does anyone have either of these going as spares or repair as I can cannibalise what I need. I hope its obvious from the pics which bit I need!. Thanks in anticipation

I would say that the wear on panel is a case for pride that they have had a lot of use. If you are fussy I would try painting the background panel with tiny brush. ol'will
