As above, plus there are tide gauges in the Leavings, at the entrance to Woodrolfe Creek and just outside the cill itself.
If you are planning to go there, give them a call on the phone tell them your draft and they will give you a pretty accurate time when you would have enough water, or if in the vicinity call them on VHF and they can tell you the depth on the cill and advise when there will be enough for your draft.
There are waiting moorings in the Leavings if you arrive too early, and you can see a tide gauge from there, need binos.
