Tohatsu 8HP Power increace?

I know that the Tohatsu 2-Strokes of 6HP 8HPand 9.8HP are based on the same engine.
I have an 8HP. is it possible to boost its power to say 9.8HP easily??

Yes the conversion takes about 15 minutes.

Take old engine to Tohatsu dealer, agree p/ex for 9.8HP then pas over credit card and hey presto all done /forums/images/icons/smile.gif
