The Westerly hasn't been used for ages. He's only been down a couple of times this year.
The white boat in the other pic gets used every Saturday so it wouldn't make sense to take off the sails, although his headsail did unfurl a couple of years ago and the sheet caught on a cleat so the sail filled. It sailed backwards and forwards on the scope of his mooring for ages. I noticed it and went and furled it up for him (catching up with a tacking boat in a tender was fun).
He now makes his furling line off properly rather than leaving it in a cam cleat as he had been doing.
