Just under two years ago she came out and got a full anti-foul job done by the yard, with some patching etc...

She's out at the moment and I'm wondering if she needs it again..
She's been water blasted off and there are patches here and there were the anti-foul has broken away to reveal the GRP, but the rest of it seems quite sound....(the patches are not much bigger than 1-2 inches square (max) in most cases and there are only about a dozen over the whole hull (37ft)
Can I just patch it up or do I really need to get it done all over again?

Boat is in Australia and in the water all year round.

Cheers

Whenever I've re antifouled its always all over plus an extra coat on the leading edges.
The info I was given re A/foul was that its made up of the paint that binds it all together and the stuff that stops sea life wanting to live on it.
Hence you may well have the colour of the previous antifoul, but it probably has no
goodness left in it, if you see what I mean...

We've always had the hull pressure washed, followed by a 400 grade wet and dry, used wet, then prime any white bits, then apply the antifoul..

Hope that helps, even though it may be a tad more expensive than you wished for.
