I’ve just done the annual oil change. The manual says 200ml of oil, but I drained about 250ml. The level was ok. Just on the top line of the dipstick. I’ve had no trouble from the box apart from the awkward position of the drain plug.
This note is just to reassure others that there may be more oil in the box than they think. Also, to advise that two identical plastic drinks bottles are handy. One to measure what came out and the other to fill up to the same level with new. I used a massive syringe bought on the web to suck up the clean stuff and discharged it into the dipstick hole.
Any ideas on possible uses for the dregs of the fresh ATF that are not worth keeping until next year?
