Have just installed a TMC electric toilet, when turn the switch on it will suck a bit of water to tank, but then stops and the bowl just keep feeling up with water, has anyone else had this problem the waste line is clear, being a lagoon the septic tank is higher than toilet but old toilet work fine pump it up hill
