You could try: 3M or International restoring and cleaning/polishing systems. GRP Boat clean (or similar name) is a franchise that specialise in what you need. If doing it yourself the coat will need treating with three or four different processes to get a good result.

Depends if its just dirty or scratched or stained.
If its dirty then there are lots of cleaners. Recently I've found Hempel gel coat cleaner good. Its a white powder containing ( I think) Oxalic acid.
If its badly scratched then paint may be the only remedy.
If it needs rubbing down there are many products from T-Cut to Farecla.
If its yellow stained then oxalic acid or K9 - memories gones - Altshiemer lite - its a blue jelly that comes in a small tub costs £9-10 and is very good.

try y10, the bluey gel ..wipe on dry surface wash off with water, gets rid of the yellowy stains and stuff which normally gathers at waterline by end of season...

Can you get hold of one of them buffers, as used by car refinishers? they do an excellent job with little effort.
Regards Dave.
