I've had my current watch for 25 years. Love it to bits and it's never off my wrist. However, my eyes are not what they used to be so I'm thinking of getting something to wear on the boat.
My requirements are:
Water proof to some degree
Big digital display with seconds (for astro sights)
Accurate
Value for money.

Any recommendations ?


n.b. I have B&G Triton2 which has great time display options but I'm pretending everything on the boat has failed hence the astro sight comment.

I love watches! Casio G shock may suit you, they are tough and waterproof and the display is large enough for most people. A quick search on Amazon will introduce you to Suunto watches that have an even bigger display. Some of the bigger display watches may need to be recharged!
