I recently purchased a boat with a tp 22 tiller pilot. It has a remote control hr 22 that I can't get to work.
The tp22 works but not through the remote.
The wiring diagram shows the power to the tp22 and then the wires from the to 22 to a 3 cable joiner and the hr22 plugged into the joiner.
When I do this nothing happen
Simrad tech told me to supply power to the remote as well as to the the tp22 unit by running power to the 3 cable joiner also.
This gets power to the remote but still doesn't work .
Suggestion?
