Tight wad cushions

Still recovering from the cost of a double berth cushion, I came across "caravan breakers".

I expect the rest of the forum has discovered this but, for the princely sum of £40, I have two six foot berth cushions and two back cushions.

Although with inappropriate and worn covers, the foam looks and feels good.

I have now sourced two large sets of saloon cushions which fit a treat but will need recovering.

They were £40 a set plus £50 carriage and arrived the next day.

I bought new foam, the latest type which I believe is not so inflammable, from a foam place down in the south west. Good prices and advice. Then recovered them myself. Look good and a considerable cost saving.

Apparently, it's not the flammability that is a problem, it is the carcinogenic fumes given off.
