tide turn times for needles?

I have the tide times but I don't have an almanac or tidal flow chart here...any one know when the tide stops going West at the needles? relative to HW Lymington, trying to decide when to leave Lymington heading for Plymouth on the 8th Aug.

Portsmouth HW + 5, Lymington is between 70 and 5 minutes earlier than Portsmouth - you could look at Easytide for Aug 8th.

Approximately an hour before high and low water Potsmouth. As a rule of thumb, during the summer months, you can use the Portsmouth UT tide times as LT for the turn of tide in the Western Solent.

1 hour before HW Portsmouth the tide has just started going west off Lymington and is slack between Hurst and the Needles . At Hw Portsmouth all going west.
Until
Hw Portsmouth + 5 it is slack off Lymington and by HW+6 it is all east going.

HW Portsmouth on 8 Aug is 0721 (3.8m) and 2003 (4.0m) BST
