Hello I have been 'googling' for an hour or so trying to find where I can download tide timetables for northern brittany. I have found a site where they are happy to take my money but I am trying to find a free site where I can download this info. Any ideas? Many thanks

Stop being a tight arse, buy Belfield, 2 or is it 3yrs for £20 ish of UK and Europe, you can even download it. Best thing ever, no connection. The reason it is difficult to find free is that our govnmnt says that they hold copyright to the tide ??? and charge quite a bit for a licence to use the harmonics?

There are a number of free ways to get tidetables, and other replies have given one of the most compreghensive, but they often generate results that are up to 30-60 minutes away from the UKHO figures, also slightly different heights. I find them good enough for general advance passage planning, but you need to fine-tune later with proper 'official' data if doing anything complex.

There are frequent differences between Bellfield and Admiralty predictions, sometimes by as much as an hour - just about the length of time it takes to read Keith Bellfield's justification for the discrepancy!
And he still won't include the Folly (for depths on the pub pontoon, which dries) or Littlehampton Entrance (for depths on the Bar), to name but two.
Is it the only software which will focus on a day and a date and a place some two years hence?
