tide times please (please, please!)

Hi guys, I'm at a loose end at work unexpectedly and would like to plan the first trip of the season but have no tide times with me. Does anyone have times and hights of HW plymouth for friday, sat, sun and mon 27th --> 30th march 2009.

If so, and you've time to post them, it would make the rest of my day more fun!
