Tidal Thames Boat Hire

Does anyone know of any companies that rent out powerboats/RIBs on the tidal Thames (I have an RYA Level 2 certificate)?

I've found plenty of places on the non-tidal part, but am really struggling to find anywhere on the tidal Thames.

A few people have mentioned them, but unfortunately they only offer skippered charter, not bareboat.

Never heard of anyone, bareboat motorboat charter anywhere tidal in the UK is very rare and on the tidal Thames it would be very risky, the PLA don't seem to encourage leisure boat use merely tolerate it.
