I called them yesterday to get advice on repairing/re-applying the anti glare coating on our C series plotter.
The plotter is 18 months old but as it is cockpit mounted, it has had it's fair share of gloved hand wiping water away and the anti-glare layer has been rubbed away.
Their take, as it is still in warranty, they will replace the screen FOC, even though their manual explicitly states that it should only be cleaned with the "soft cloth" that is supplied with the unit.
It could have been so easy for them to weasel out of this.
