Hi guys,

I need to find a good way of feeding send and return fuel lines from outside the boat through a bulkhead, anyone have any neat ways of doing this in a waterproof, tidy and safe/chafe proof way?

Something like a deck fitting with an 8mm fuel barb inside and outside would be ideal, or maybe a swan neck type thing, any ideas?

thanks!

I expect you could make that up quite easily out of individual fittings - say a length of running nipple passing through the deck, a washer against the surface each side, a hose-tail with female thread on the outside, and a back-nut on the inside followed by another female hosetail. One or both of the hose tails could be 90° elbow types if that makes things neater.

ASAP sells all the bits.

Exactly what I did to feed fuel from inside my lazarate to my emergency outboard except I use outboard quick connect fittings.
