Through hull

Does anybody recognize this through hull?
What is the function of the 2 tubings?

care to tell us where the white hose and the two coil protected hoses go to?

the white hose is connected to the sink.

the 2 colied tubing are taped off and goes nowhere and I have no idea where these coiled tubes should be used for

On my boat there are tubes ready for carrying cables for things like the fridge etc. Some carry cables to the stern, for the binacle, wheel pilot etc. But as I do not have the wheel option, I have adapted the wires for other uses.
Perhaps your boat has a similar installation, inserted by the manufacturer at construction stage, to make final installation of owners extras easier.

I seem to remember you could get a fridge cooler element embedded in a through-hull.

It's a cooling element for a refrigeration unit as Neil_s said.

ok, that make sense....refridgerator has been replaced and therefore not connected anymore....
