Three bladed prop advice

I have a 17 x 10 2 bladed prop and get a bit of vibration when running above 2500 rpm. Engine is a yanmar 3 gmf with 2.6:1 gearbox. boat 34 foot of 5.3 tons. Engine pulls 3450 rpm in gear with and a bit of wind and sea against.

I have been offered a 17 x 11 three blade. Would this be suitable?

The three blade will give roughly10% more speed for any angine revs and be capable of transmitting more power into the water to do it so you would need a reasonable amount of power in reserve wih you current prop. Is it possible to 'try before you buy' and see if the engine will pull it?
