For my Volvo 2030B I am trying to figure out the data of the thread of the impeller cover screws.
As spare parts kit, they are offered as part number 21951302. I suppose thread M4 0.5. A measure difficult to get.
I have tried without success M4 0.7 and 5/32
Thanks in advance!

Not that it will give you an answer, when I bought a Speedseal, the guy asked the details of my water pump because it needed a choice of thread. Unfortunately I can't recall the choices but he got it right. Also later when I bought a service kit (shaft and seals) Keynote supplied the wrong parts. I thing the 2030B used three difference water pumps. I have the old screws but they are on board at the moment.

Dug out the invoice for the service parts, my pump is a Jabsco 29450-1301 (https://www.jabscoshop.com/jabscoshop-spare-parts/29450-1301-pump-20mm-brz-20-flange.htm). There was also a Johnson pump also fitted on the 2030B.

Obviously I have the Speedseal fitted.

I dont quite understand your post but you seem to be saying that the screws are listed as M4 x 0.5 .......... If so that is no mystery. M4 x 0.5 is a fine pitch metric thread. The more common coarse pitch thread is M4 x 0,7
