Hi Folks

I was thinking of buying a s/h Trapper 300 and just wondered if anybody has any experience of these boats.

1. Any good/bad points?
2. Opinion on Seaworthiness/kindliness (what kind of wind/sea's can she cope with)?
3. Alternatives for exciting cruising at about 10K?

Thanks in advance!

Have a look at the Trapper Owner site, Trapper.8m.com, and go to the forum page and you will see information on the 300 and can ask owners for information.

buy a 79 model i think they were built by Northshore. many have had an extra keel plate added which greatly improves stability. I haven`t sailed one for years but had immense pleasure sailing mine many moons ago.
no need to pay more than about £9k.
good sailing.
