Sadly OB is for sale, and I found myself looking too closely at potential replacements.
Then found a Corvette 32 for sub £40k - asked a few questions of the broker - yes partial basket case as far as the presentation is concerned, BUT likely to sell for ~£20 k.
Even thought about the possibility of an ownership overlap !
Then studying the photos shows this thing has some significant differences in construction from the standard Corvette 32 - uh oh no aft cabin, indeed just one double cabin 2 berths.
Still it is true that my favourite boat is being sold within the £20ks, just most owners don't realise this yet, and it seems the real price for these excellent craft is now crystalising.
Now where's the one I want with 300 HP engines and aft cabin and factory condition, oh yes for sub-£60K
