"a number of years" to me implies 5 or 10.. not at least 1500 !!!!

Unfortunately the media are not interested in facts and detail. On the ITV news last night they said 'Thorpeness in Sussex'.

bbc reporting the beach has been cordoned off WHY, doesnt the tide come in & cleanse it. What are they "guarding" ?????

Maybe it's to prevent people going to have a look at the cliffs to see if they will fall on them too?

A bit like the EA blocking the roads to Felixstow Ferry to stop sightseers getting swept away!
