Well, with all the time under engine, power consumption won't be a problem! Have a good trip.

Re: Ready?

Nope!
Rudder work being finished tomorrow. New sail being delivered Sat, plus liferaft post service. Lift back into water next week (must remember to re-fit prop!). LED masthead to be fitted plus SSB arial, new batteries. Few other odds and sods but mostly there. En route Falmouth next Friday.

Re: Ready?

The list never stops!!

Hopefully we'll be gone Tuesday - just looking at the ever changing forecasts -

fair winds and safe passage to you sir...

Ian

I was hoping to see you before your off, however its not been posssible. I do hope you have a good trip, the first leg and more importantly for the ARC later this year. I am watching the weather myself today as I am off on Weds morning at 0400 to help sail a boat to Cork, should be there for a pint of the black stuff Sat eve!

It was a long time ago, up in Dolphin Quay, in Emsworth, who would have thought then............ /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Re: Ready?

You on the Jimi boat to Ireland? have a good trip and fair winds to yu..

Oh and yes - thinking back to Emsworth, the yellow westerly cirrus with the stuart turner, then the big boat league (26') on a mud berth. Saw gary a while ago (you know the one that sank his boat when he took the toilet out)

Happy days

Ian
