This is an interesting mobo

I`ve known of this boat since about 1993, I`m sure the owner was a guy called Fabrice. It hadn`t moved for years and was exactly that, an appartment.

Funny enough I emailed the guy about this boat and he sent loads of pictures showing an extensive refit of the hull. Looked a good job. One thing I thought about was matriculation tax. Would it apply to this boat?

Looks like a lot of boat for the asking price ... but a lot of questions ..

Hull Refit ... on a budget ... or all required
Interior .... functional for sea ... or just marina
Interior .... hiding hidden faults, or taken back to core..
Mechanics .... Maintained & used, or just standing....
Mechanics ... the DD 550's are great engines, but as V6's a bit hotrod ... so if overloaded there may be some issues (if ok... I'd take the engines if no one wants them as they are great with low footprint for HP .... but not lightweight) ..

Good altenative, but suspect not kitted out for high seas..., but of course could be wrong..

very interesting !
are you also in to a big old mobo ? ;)

don't know the boat you found, pictures look good anyway,

but keep in mind, that there are zillions old boats on the market,
and many owners can't get rid of them, so some will probably accept a silly offer.
keep in mind that for some owners it costs +30K /year just for mooring and maintenance, to keep her in a sellable conditions, so some of them are happy to stop that cost, if you know what I mean...

what is it you're looking for ? number of berths ? space? ...
Are you in to wooden hull ?
have you seen that Itama in my search post ?

This one is more then 3 years on the market, and sooooo nice (IMHO)

following Divemasters choice, I decided to go for a old GRP hull,
as I can imagine that old wood gives slightly more issues,
but old GRP on avarage is slightly more expensive then wood
