3d printed one for a small outboard could be interesting.

I wouldn't call the results "dramatic" but certainly an improvement. I wonder if they will produce duo-prop sets?

30% isn't dramatic? Ship owners spend millions to save fractions of a percent, if it can be scaled to propel 20,000TEU container ships etc this will be the single most important improvement in ship propulsion efficiency since the invention of the compression ignition engine.
