Moored in St Kats. London VTS were heard roundly telling somebody off at the barrier for not following the protocol.
About an hour later a small open speed boat 6-7 ? metres came through the lock with 4 young gentleman aboard.
Bearing in mind recent weather warnings , they had set out from Dunkerque earlier that day having left Holland the day previous.
Booked in to a nearby B&B and intended going on elsewhere today.
There are at least 5 Nordhavens in the marina at the moment.

Unfortunately it isn’t about what happens to them....but what happens to the people who have to rescue them. The judgment call is if the crew are experienced enough to cope with all situations or inexperienced enough not to know they shouldn’t go out in those conditions
