the canopy's are easy to put on.

you can see in the bright sunlight all the bits clearly that you missed when you polished her last .

the fridge is full of green stuff.

the fenders no longer need some air in them.

you have lost the suntan lotion, it was on the side all winter and now you need it its gone.

you have practised hat over board at least once .

those cap fish are back.

you don't mind going fast as at least it keep you cool .

the wind is warm.

the pubs look busy as everyone is sitting out side.

you can't get into Yarmouth for lunch now.

you have to think about were you anchor and swinging room now.

can you think of any more.?

Its not that easy in Scotland, the rain moves a couple of degrees warmer, there's an annoying glow at night that keeps you awake, the midges swarm in their millions so it makes going ashore uncomfortable. You have to drink wishkey and sing Mairis wedding a lot. Ah but the people are warm and friendly and contrary to legend very generous as long as you dinna want money.

Your boat is shy of a couple of knots at full steam cos the air is warmer- less air mass to ignite the fuel.

The weed and barnicles flourish on your bottem

Thanks. I'd just about persuaded myself that the covers were easy to put on because they are easy to put on and you go and shatter my illusions.

LOL it's funny
here in the central Med in Malta
it still looks as if we are in April with a 22 Celiuis Temp
and yesterday was a record raining day for June since the measurmente started being taken 100 years ago, but according to previous readings it was the record in the last 500 years or so
hopefull the WE looks better with a 25 Celicuis temperature and good sea

The shored up boats have been removed from the car park.

So now the parks are full of cars so you still can't park! /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
