It seems that with strong westerly weather forecast, ships will see the storm out at anchor in Torbay and Teignmouth Bay.

They have gradually been arriving all day. The coastguard and pilots have also been busy helping to get them safely at anchor.

You will see from the above photo that the weather, currently, is great - sunny and pleasant - calm before the storm perhaps?

Is it true that it could reach stormforce 11 Severe in Cornwall this week? Heard that on the radio but usually it's just exaggerated /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

Shipping forecast for (Shanon)west of ireland is predicting force 12 later...

sea state - High, becoming very high or phenomenal for a time /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Do you know if any of the WDL based sites have a text only interface suitable for a mobile phone? The flash app is very nice, but doesn't run on most phones /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Also, I personally hate sites that think they know how wide I want my browser window better than me /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

The standard software is WD and WDL is an add on to that, however most web sites seem to just show the WDL version rather than the static WD data.
There is a map of WD sites Here of course it only covers those who have informed the web master.
Even the WD output would be messy on a mobile phone?
