You're right..these are seriously desirable boats (to me).

I delivered one a few years ago, non-stop from Plymouth to Walton backwaters.

Don't be fooled by the wheelhouse, they are extremely good sailing boats with a windward performance that annoys many sportier types.

I remember the original adverts proclaiming them not as 50/50 but as 100/100.

Hmm.. Harrison Butler and Albert Strange fans might argue that point. Indeed, Maurice Griffiths penned some real beauties too.
