Thermal boots

Uggly but warm!

Mike
As you say those boots are uggly ~ but as a fisherman I can tell you that coupled with a one-piece thermal floatation suit over a thermal one piece "baby grow" romper suit you'll not feel the cold, in fact any exersions on deck will make you feel very warm?

If it's fashion you're looking for then don't buy them, but if you want warmth ~ go for it.

Anyone tried these?

I am thinking of getting some despite the ghastly look of them cos they are relatively cheap and I want something warm. Does anyone know if they just get soaked inside with perspiration? Also are they any good for wider feet?

Thanks in advance.

I know it's going higher in price but if the Quayside breathable copies of the Dubarry are anywhere near as good, they would be worth the extra £34.

You could wear those in the high street too. Those with thermal socks should be very comfortable and no sore feet!
