Minor repairs.
Actually should finish tomorrow, but then there's paint
Friend of mine dried out on the tide and replaced a section of a plank, below the w/l. 30 ft boat. That's confidence.

Hahaha! one day? hmmm. Anyway, all done bar the filling, fairing, rubbing down and painting.....

And.......rest. To be fair, I had the grandkids for a few days and the heat got tiresome. Also, forgot the transom is higher so had to remake the (Mirror) rudder.

original mahogany by the look, although not so heavy....
New is iroko, got an offcut at the furniture factory up the road. 40mm x 300mm x 900mm. I get all my oak from their offcut pile, up to 75mm x 25mm, and sometimes 3m long.
