Here is the prop I "adjusted" after the Weymouth meet last weekend.

Do you reckon it's a goner??/forums/images/icons/laugh.gif

(To be added to Col's prop museum. Entrance fee= 1 new prop)

Duncan, I can't say I know the problem. I've only ever had to replace a prop due to severe corrosion and that was B4 just after I bought Solitaire! Actually they were B5's (sorry!) Col and props!! I don't know!! I suggest maybe he should stay in the pub - he'll forget all about it then!/forums/images/icons/laugh.gif. He was Ok leaving Poole that day and he was well away from the Training Bank! /forums/images/icons/wink.gif Perhaps I should tell him that the Chandlery Barge (right next door to his berth) do a good line in 2nd hand props - maybe he should buy the entire stock???

nah - he has spares, just doesn't carry 'em on the boat. Now if anyone should carry spare props................

I believe he has got to the bottom (hehehe) of his falling off stainless props and should be going back to them - and have them stay on for the rest of the season!

Ladbrokes have him 6/4 to loose another one sometime this year based on form adn the weight of money prepared to bet..../forums/images/icons/smile.gif

/forums/images/icons/laugh.gif He does not carry spares/forums/images/icons/shocked.gif And he's still got my pukker Volvo prop nut kit too!/forums/images/icons/wink.gif. What with all the servicing work he's done this winter I just hope all those props stay on/forums/images/icons/wink.gif.

And this time I was nowhere near your boat, Weymouth or indeed the South coast.

What else could be a common factor ????
