Yep tiss definately a Prediction-- guaranteed.
Countryfile said--- "hissing down for most of us for most of the Week, cept Tuesday.
With the Caveat, could be a bit different over here and not quite the same in this bit + a front coming in and one going out and then You never know + the Jet stream and temparatures could be about 15 to 22, depending + Some of the rain could flow up the Channel , well that's the Prediction anyway."

If the Met Office were allowed to give percentage probabilities as they want to, it might be a bit more understandable, but the powers that be have decided that probabilities are too complex for general public to understand.

weather bird on telly said it would blow a hoolie on Saturday and weather websites tended to agree. Well I went out into the Irish Sea looking for this weather but found just a flat calm, warm air and very occasional spitting. Lovely day out considering that all of Friday night it monsooned non stop.

Know what you mean, cancelled plans to go out from Poole both Saturday and Sunday based on forcast and apparent weather each morning and ended up missing two decent days!
