Last time i was in Yarmouth I berthed right behind where you are in the photo. Similar weather after a damp and miserable early morning start from Poole.

Was certainly lovely anchored in Priory bay, apart from a handful of boats towing waterskiers / donuts between a lot of anchored boats......

That does my head in. Which official body could you report them to? Doesn’t sound like a matter for the CG.
