Conditions where perfect yesterday for a little fishing trip, so we set off for Grassholm and the Smalls. the seals are very inquisitive out there. Whilst looking at the Lighthouse I tried to imagine how that historic Lighthouse keeper must have felt when his colleague died of natural causes, apparently they weren't the best of friends, and he was worried people would accuse him of murder if he disposed the decaying body to Sea, so he made a makeshift coffin and lashed it to an outside shelf, but the wind broke the box, and the body's arm fell within view of the hut window and swayed in the wind as though it was beckoning.
The LH keepers must have been pleased when they automated this one.
