Has anyone had any good or bad experiences with The Service Center at Wareham nr Poole
They are advertising fixed price repairs and I was thinking about sending my chartplotter to them

I've directed plenty of customers there when there was little other option...and no-one has ever reported back to me in the negative!

EDIT: Realised that sounds like I was saying "used as a last resort" - I meant if there was nothing we could do via warranty, retail rights, etc!

They repaired a ST4000 head unit for me, even obtaining a second hand part as the PCB was no longer available.

Their service, communication and pricing were all superb.

Highly recommended.
