I had my first visit for three years to Devon staying with friends at Noss Mayo.
We had a warm day out walking and visiting Salcombe . I was astounded by the so called sales prices in all of the Brand shops.
My quick online survey showed most of the items on sale at 50% off were actually the same price as online. No wonder our retail sector is going bust!
Having said that there were plenty of cash flush post holiday boating punters dishing the dosh totally conned into thinking they were getting a good deal.
I still bought a great fleece from Quba. The admirable bought some socks 3 fer 2. She can spot a true bargain
Now we are back home in Windy Wales. I can turn the heating down as her feet are nice n toastie and I feel as though I am wrapped up in a sheep.
