Why not have one mounted on the drop down door of the cooker rather than use a plastic plate.

A definition of 'Gourmet' may be required here....

Definitve French is 'Hungry' , as in ' Gourmond'......lacking food etc...(not the Country !).....so burnt bagels with half melted supermarket cheese may just about fit the bill, but... 'Gourmet '??????
