Make sure dateslip set to on in user options, that should bring most recent to top.
Presume that's what your meaning, if not ignore me/forums/images/icons/smile.gif
Thanks for that - I am sorry to be thick - I have gone into "user Options", but I cannot find "on", is it in "Display options"? The "Edit" bit is as a dodo!!!
Go to User Options, then click on the edit button for Display etc, scroll down and you will see the option for "Dateslip". Select on for that and then submit. Now you should see the latest posts first /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

Not quite sure what you mean, but order of posts is by time and date for each thread, even when responding to a specific post.
The responses aren't always logical /forums/images/icons/smile.gif
I could have replied [Ha ha ha ha Logic!!] But instead, try changing your preferences to Flat Mode and Collapsed Threaded. That's what I work on. The replies still don't make sense, but occasionally they relate to the previous posting!

Being paranoid simply means - having all the facts.
Because I'm a "Doh Brain" according to my grandchildren, I can sympathise with you. Look at the title then the square brackets with "Re."......... The contents refers to that thread.
Does that help or have I misunderstood you?

Click on 'threaded' at the top of the page that then sorts it out into a logical pattern but I reckon its a bit of a pain reading through it all then. Go back to 'flat' and you get all the responses in chronolgical order.
