the nicest harbour entrance in the World - probably

What a god-forsaken, wind-blasted, and downright ugly drainage ditch in one of the least appealing and forlorn corners of the planet! Not a tree, or even a reasonable bush, in sight. Why on earth....?

I've just had my decades-long love of the Truro River reaffirmed.....

Have to agree, but love is in the eye of the beer holder, and it would seem Dylan has consumed far too much Carlsberg.................probably;)

Just as well you like it, cause I can't see how your gonna get out again!

It's great going up into these sort of places, with the flood, but coming out on the ebb can be a bit fraught.

What were you doing a couple of times when you went and tugged on the starboard shroud?

Do you ever sail in rough weather Dylan? Your videos only ever show you efortlessly drifting along in a light breeze, not beating to windward in a rough sea.

rocking the boat off the mud

it is a bilge keeler thing

as for the rough weather... the light is usually **** when the weather is bad and my camera costs £800

so when the weather is bad I put the boat aground or drop the hook and go below to read a good book

D

I loved the clip calling Southwold of all places "posh"! But I suppose compared to that ditch everything is relative.

Great films!
